TnT Homeschool Halloween Dance
Please join us for our annual homeschool Halloween dance on Friday, October 25, 2024 from 7-11 pm. Music and dancing, costume contest with cash prizes, photo booth, and more! Open to teen homeschoolers and their guests ages 13-19. Theme attire is encouraged (and fun!) but not mandatory. The costume contest categories are most creative/DIY, best overall, duo, group, and best character (anime/tv/book/movie) representation. Have fun planning your costumes! (Snacks/drinks are included. Our kitchen chaperones are very experienced in food allergies. If your teen has an allergy, the kitchen chaperones will be happy to help them find snacks they can have!)
Location: Brookhurst Community Center
2271 Crescent Ave
Anaheim, CA 92801
Please note: This is a lockdown, fully chaperoned, drop-off event. Teens must be signed in at drop off and picked up by a responsible adult. (Teens that are 18+ may sign themselves out.) Please make sure your teen knows this is a lockdown event and they are not permitted to leave the facility without an adult. (They may be picked up at any time by parent/guardian.) Please advise your teen to be aware of the wide range of ages and maturity levels of the teens in attendance. Consideration in dress, dancing, language, and behavior is required. We do not have a strict dress code but do ask attendees to ensure their costumes are not offensive. Attendees who disregard guidelines and warnings may be asked to leave and/or denied tickets to future events. This a drop-off event. We have a full chaperone roster. Due to safety, the only adults allowed at the event are preapproved chaperones, parents who are not chaperones are welcome to come in and take pictures at drop off, use the restroom if you are waiting outside, and return for a picture at pick up. (We do a giant group picture of the remaining teens at 11 p.m. on the dance floor.) Please do not put me in the position of having to ask you to leave. If this makes you uncomfortable, this is probably not the event for you. This is a TEEN event. Cell phones are welcome. Masks are welcome but not required. No refunds. Thank you for your cooperation!
Please note: There are no physical tickets. Your teen's name will be on a list at the door. Upon arrival, check-in, and your teen will be given a wristband for entry. You do not need to bring a printout or show your phone at the door.
